In collaboration with Three Wall Capital, LLC and Lodging Advisors, LLC, our mission is to provide our clients and partners with proven financial management “best-practices” solutions, "value-enhancing" asset management, investment and operating advisory services to optimize profitability. Our ideal clients are hotel operators or real estate investors seeking senior corporate guidance in the hospitality and mixed-use lodging sectors that are in need of “expert support” on a contingency basis without a permanent corporate load. We generally focus on high-end, full-service luxury hotels in locations where long-term real estate value creation is an important component. Our primary areas of focus revolve around unique opportunities where we believe we can enhance value and optimize asset performance. These opportunities will include effective revenue yield management, lean hotel operations and discounted purchases of distressed debt secured by hotels and hotels that require significant renovation and repositioning. If necessary, we also have partners that are ready and able to underwrite and co-invest in high yield hotel mezzanine financing.

To align our interests with those of our partners, we may also invest “side-by-side” with our partners and generally do not intend to participate in transactions where we do not act as the operating partner where we receive an ongoing asset management fee, as well as a promoted interest in the project.
